Standard Setter Board

The Standard Setter Board is an independent technical body which, on the initiative of the Management Committee, elaborates proposals relating to accounting principles and standards inspired by the accrual model according to the guidelines defined at international and European level.

The Board is made up of fifteen experts selected from among individuals with proven professional experience, both in Italy and internationally, in the context of economic-patrimonial accounting systems based on the accrual principle and in the processes for establishing the related accounting rules, and with knowledge of the international accounting standards IFRS/IAS, IPSAS and EPSAS.

Prof. Mariano D'Amore is the President of the Standard Setter Board, Dr. Raffaella Vio is the Vice President.
